THE TIME IS 8:30 -9:00 A.M. MUST BE A MEMBER TO PARTICIPATE. WE USE CHAIRS FOR STABILITY WHEN DOING STANDING LEG EXERCISE AND WE USE HAND WEIGHTS AND HAND BALLS FOR STRENGTHENING OUR HANDS AND ARMS WHEN DOING SIT DOWN CHAIR EXERCISE. LOVE TO HAVE YOU JOIN US.
